Breath new life into your current CMM with an OpenDMIS Upgrade or Retrofit.

The application of an OpenDMIS™ software upgrade can enhance your existing manual or DCC CMM. Wenzel UK can now offer a full upgrade or retrofit package for your CMM for most brands and controller types on the market.

Upgrades Any Wenzel or non group CMM can now benefit from a Software Upgrade with OpenDMIS™ from Wenzel UK. Soft Motion™ drivers are now available for most legacy controllers allowing OpenDMIS™ to be installed onto your current CMM at very little cost and downtime. In some situations you may also be able to run your current legacy software alongside OpenDMIS™

Retrofits In some cases the controller on your current CMM may need to be replaced, Wenzel UK can now offer two solutions of controller depending on age and size of your CMM. Both systems include the cost of a new PC, Jog box and OpenDMIS™ software as well as a full error map that is fully open, so you can choose your provider for future service and calibration of your CMM. A full site survey will be needed and this will be performed by the Wenzel UK Aftermarket Service Team.

CMM Accessory Pack

Also available as an option from Wenzel UK is the new CMM accessory pack. This includes -

• 28” HD TV Monitor
• Wireless Keyboard
• Laser Mouse
• HP Colour Laser Jet Printer

All Wenzel Retrofitted CMM’s will be supplied with the exclusive Wenzel Computer Workstation.

The workstation will provide a safe secure environment for the operator and all the controller and accessory equipment.

 

2nd User CMM’s

Wenzel UK can now offer a full range Wenzel and Non Group 2nd User CMM’s, with either a Soft Motion™ Driver or full controller retrofit all with OpenDMIS™.

All 2nd User CMM’s are fully refurbished and are supplied with a new PC, OpenDMIS™ measurement Software and CMM accessory pack. Full training, delivery and installation is also included in a dedicated 2nd User CMM package.
